Business Printer and Peripheral Support

Troubleshoot and set up business printers, scanners, monitors, docks, webcams, and shared peripherals in Amarillo.

Business IT Support

Yellow City Tech helps determine whether a shared printer or accessory problem comes from the device, workstation, driver, or network connection.

What this service covers

  • Shared and individual printer connections
  • Scanners, monitors, docks, webcams, and accessories
  • Driver and application configuration
  • Testing the affected workstation and peripheral together

Start with a local conversation

Call during business hours to describe the problem and speak with a local person. Yellow City Tech can help determine whether the next step should be initial phone guidance, an on-site visit, or bringing equipment in for diagnosis or repair. Not every problem can be solved by phone.

Common reasons to request help

  • A shared printer repeatedly goes offline
  • A dock or monitor setup is unreliable
  • New peripherals must be connected across several workstations

How Yellow City Tech approaches it

Simple checks may begin by phone. Shared or networked equipment commonly requires an on-site visit; an individual device may be tested in shop.

  • Connection method and displayed errors

$45 standard on-site visit

On-site visits are available for $45 for customers who are not covered by a monthly support plan. The $45 is the standard on-site visit charge. Additional parts, repairs, or larger project work are discussed and approved separately when applicable.

The separate $25 diagnostic fee applies when a device is dropped off for in-shop repair diagnosis. Any transition from an on-site visit to in-shop service will be discussed before additional work.
