Start with diagnosis
Pay the $25 diagnostic fee at drop-off. Yellow City Tech evaluates the likely failure and explains the recommended repair path and expected cost.

Approve the repair
You decide whether to proceed. If you approve the repair, the $25 diagnostic fee is credited toward the completed repair total.
An option for obvious replacement parts
For obvious physical damage, such as a cracked screen or chassis, you may ask to keep the device until a confirmed part arrives. The arrangement must be approved before ordering. Keeping the device is generally not appropriate for board-level or motherboard repairs, no-power or intermittent failures, liquid damage, data recovery, or any problem that requires inspection to identify the failed component or confirm the correct part.
