Start with diagnosis
Pay the $25 diagnostic fee at drop-off. Yellow City Tech evaluates the likely failure and explains the recommended repair path and expected cost.

Approve the repair
You decide whether to proceed. If you approve the repair, the $25 diagnostic fee is credited toward the completed repair total.
An option for obvious replacement parts
For obvious physical damage, such as a cracked screen or chassis, you may ask to keep the device until a confirmed part arrives. The arrangement must be approved before ordering. Keeping the device is generally not appropriate for board-level or motherboard repairs, no-power or intermittent failures, liquid damage, data recovery, or any problem that requires inspection to identify the failed component or confirm the correct part.

Accepted repairs are performed directly by Yellow City Tech at its building in Amarillo, Texas. Replacement parts may be shipped in, but customer devices are not mailed or quietly transferred to outside repair providers.
