What we do

• Fresh OS reinstall service for unstable, infected, or heavily cluttered systems.
• Windows 11 Pro reinstall offering for eligible hardware.
• Drivers and updates are included as part of a standard reinstall so core hardware is ready to use.
• Reinstall cost is $25.

What you should bring / what we provide

• Bring the full PC and power cable so we can verify activation, drivers, and update completion.
• Have software licenses available for apps you need reinstalled. If temporary account access is genuinely required, it will be arranged directly and limited to the service.
• Data backup is not guaranteed unless explicitly requested before reinstall starts.

• You want a clean start to fix software instability or persistent errors.
• The current OS setup is too cluttered, infected, or difficult to stabilize.
• You want a low-cost reinstall with drivers and updates handled for you.

Before you bring it in

• Back up critical files first, or request backup assistance in advance.
• Be available to sign in or complete two-factor authentication yourself when needed. Do not send passwords or recovery codes through the public contact form.
• Gather software keys/licenses for paid apps you want restored.
• Tell us if you need specific apps or printers configured after install.
